Simply put, the rally was awesome. I'll have a complete report at Smile Politely in a few days, but for now, I want to post my favorite signs. Or at least my favorite signs that I have pictures of. Here they are:
 |
Shirt says: The founding fathers were East Coast Liberals |
 |
It was hard to tell if someone was really counter-protesting, or whether they were just being ironic. |
 |
The rally was so successful that it even brought together Darth Vader and Napolean Dynamite. |
 |
Dave and Dan, happy to be part of the awesomeness of whatever it was that just happened. |

Nice. Good taste in signs. Seems like a fun time!
I'm so jealous that you got to go. According to Colbert's tweet, they estimated 6 billion people attending, so I think we're the only ones who missed it.
Thanks for posting the signs. They're great!
great stuff dan. i like the xena-phobe!
I love the signs. The two rally attendees from the midwest Dan and David are a nice visual.
Thanks everyone. I had a great time. And it is a lot easier to take pictures of other people's clever signs than to come up with one yourself, lug it around and hold it up all day.
Is that William H Macy in the "The founding fathers were East Coast Liberals" T-Shirt????
"Fear the Amish".... hahahaha....
